Returns and cancellations

Order cancellation requests

If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@far-lane.com as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time of the request.

Return requests

To request a return, contact customer support with your order number, item details, and the reason for the request. The support team will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider and the original transaction status.
